Privacy policy

The short version: we collect as little as we can, we keep research anonymous by default, and we never sell your information to outside companies. The longer version is below.

What we collect

When you take part in research, we record information about the tools your business uses, what they cost, and how well they work for you. When you reach out, we keep what you send us, like your name, email, and what you wrote. The site itself may collect basic, non-identifying usage data to understand what's working.

How we use it

Research information is used to build the reports and the playbooks, and to give you a read on your own stack. Contact information is used to reply to you and to help with whatever you asked about. That's it.

Anonymous by default

Research is anonymous unless you explicitly tell us you want to be named or featured. In any public version of the findings, your business is described only in general terms, never identified, unless you've given clear permission. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.

We don't sell your data

Your information is for internal use only. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to outside companies. We share it only when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
